SIGNATURES
Galena Gold
This light, thirst-quenching, and refreshing ale gets its golden color and slightly sweet taste from premium two-row malt. Noble hops contribute a crisp, clean finish. Sure to appeal to the domestic drinker and the micro aficionado, this beer is like striking gold!

Open Cab Copper
This Irish ale is a fantastic medium-bodied beer with a smooth balance of malt and hops. Caramel undertones and a subtle finish appeal to the refined drinker and novice alike. This copper is refreshing in the summer and a soothing during the coldest months.

Ragged Chute N.E. IPA
This New England IPA leans heavily on late and dry hopping techniques with Mosaic and Citra hops to deliver a bursting juicy, tropical hop experience. *Not gluten reduced.

Quartz PNW IPA
05This Pacific Northwest IPA (PNW IPA) has a great, bold hop character, featuring piney, citrusy, and earthy notes derived from the Centennial and Chinook hops used. This IPA has moderate bitterness, a medium body, and a golden to straw color.

Shale Pale Ale
This pale ale is made from Palisades hops and 40L Crystal for a sharp taste and medium body. It possesses a complex aroma, flavor, and bitterness that stays true to the English pale style. A light, malty sweetness rolls into a refined hop flavor for a refreshing finish.

Gneiss IPA
Pronounced “nice,” this American-style IPA is a thirst-quenching beer with a citrus kick. A unique blend and generous amount of hops display a flowery aroma and bitter flare. The best IPA for any connoisseur. Let’s all have a Gneiss time!

Open Pit Porter
This robust porter has slightly sweet chocolate overtones and a roasted malt character. Medium-bodied and easy to sip, the smooth flavor lingers on the pallet for a rich and satisfying taste that can only be compared to mocha coffee.

Limestone Lager
Our Mexican lager, brewed with corn, features a light body, pale color, and a refreshing finish. The corn contributes a subtle sweetness and smooth mouthfeel, balancing the mild malt sweetness and subtle hop bitterness. This combination results in a highly drinkable beer.

This refreshing fruit beer is based on our Galena Gold, with a not-too-sweet or tart taste of raspberry. A favorite to mix with our Porter, Ragged Chute, and Sour!

Ore Grade Stout - Nitro
Served on a nitro tap, this Oatmeal Stout is a dark beer with a rich, smooth, and velvety mouthfeel created by adding oats to the mash. It has a subtle nutty flavor from the oats and a balance of roasted malt flavors, with hints of chocolate and coffee, without the sharp bitterness of some other stouts. *Not gluten reduced.

This Oktoberfest is classified as a Märzen. It has a smooth, bready malt flavor, medium body, and clean, crisp finish, balanced by a subtle hop bitterness.

Speculator Brown Barrel Aged
A robust Strong American Brown Ale layered with toasted malt, caramel, biscuit and subtle roast. We aged this in a Headframe Distillery Kelley whiskey barrel for excellent flavor and body.
