Galena Gold
This light, thirst-quenching, and refreshing ale gets its golden color and slightly sweet taste from premium two-row malt. Noble hops contribute a crisp, clean finish. Sure to appeal to the domestic drinker and the micro aficionado, this beer is like striking gold!

Open Cab Copper
This Irish ale is a fantastic medium-bodied beer with a smooth balance of malt and hops. Caramel undertones and a subtle finish appeal to the refined drinker and novice alike. A Quarry favorite throughout the year, this copper is refreshing in the summer and a soothing staple during the coldest months.

Shale Pale Ale
This English-style pale ale is made from Palisades hops and 40L Crystal for a sharp taste and medium body. The well-hopped blend possesses a complex aroma, flavor, and bitterness that stays true to the English pale style. A light, malty sweetness rolls into a refined hop flavor for a refreshing finish.

Ore Grade Stout - Nitro
Served on a nitro tap, this Oatmeal Stout is a dark beer with a rich, smooth, and velvety mouthfeel created by adding oats to the mash. It has a subtle nutty flavor from the oats and a balance of roasted malt flavors, with hints of chocolate and coffee, without the sharp bitterness of some other stouts. *Not gluten reduced.

Ragged Chute NEIPA
The New England IPA leans heavily on late and dry hopping techniques with Mosaic and Citra hops to deliver a bursting juicy, tropical hop experience.

Limestone Lager
Our Mexican lager, brewed with corn, features a light body, pale color, and a refreshing finish. The corn contributes a subtle sweetness and smooth mouthfeel, balancing the mild malt sweetness and subtle hop bitterness.
